About us
OCD Chat is the world’s first AI platform designed for people with OCD who find it difficult to share their thoughts with others.

Inspired by AI advancements from OpenAI ,DeepMind and IBM Watson, we’re building a tool to help users explore CBT-based exercises
Serotonin
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition defined by intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or rituals (compulsions) that individuals feel obligated to perform. These symptoms can significantly affect quality of life, leading to stress, anxiety, and challenges in daily activities.

What is it?
OCD

Our AI model is designed to help users:
  • Practice CBT techniques: Exercises based on cognitive-behavioral principles.
  • Track moods: Log daily experiences in a private journal.
  • Find community resources: Links to trusted mental health organizations.

24/7 Availability: Our model is always accessible, ready to support you whenever you need it.
The AI adapts to your unique needs and preferences, offering tailored advice and recommendations.
We believe that technology can ease the path to recovery and enhance quality of life. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can find understanding and help.

How can I live with it if others don’t understand me?
The Role of Technology in
Supporting Mental Health
As the world becomes increasingly digital, technology has proven to be a powerful tool in addressing mental health challenges, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). While traditional therapy remains the cornerstone of treatment, AI-driven solutions are emerging as complementary resources, offering unique benefits that enhance the overall support system for individuals.

Bridging the Gaps in Mental Health Support
One of the most significant challenges in mental health care is accessibility. Many individuals face barriers such as long waiting times, high costs, or a lack of nearby specialists. AI models, like ours, help bridge these gaps by providing immediate, cost-effective, and round-the-clock support. This ensures that individuals with OCD can access help whenever they need it, without the limitations of traditional systems.

The severe consequences of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Social Isolation: Individuals with OCD may avoid social interactions and public events, which can result in loneliness and a decline in emotional well-being.

Work and Academic Challenges: Intrusive thoughts and rituals can disrupt concentration, lower productivity, and adversely affect performance.

Physical and Emotional Issues: Persistent anxiety can result in various physical illnesses, as well as depression and other mental health conditions.

Decreased Quality of Life: OCD can greatly restrict a person’s abilities, making it challenging to perform daily tasks and interact with others.

AI programming for OCD Chat
We use TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and MXNet to train generative models and analyze data.
OCD Chat is being developed using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). This allows users to communicate with the platform as if they are talking to a live person, but with an innovative AI twist.
Our Mission
We leverage cutting-edge research in AI for medicine. Although our project is still in progress, we have made remarkable advancements. We aim to make CBT techniques more accessible through AI, while encouraging users to seek professional support.
Current development stage: Testing beta version with select users.
